I'd really like to have Crunchyroll on my 360 too, I'm lazy and its a lot easier to use my Xbox then to connect my computer to the TV and then have to use the mouse instead of the remote. Basically its a convenience issue, I'd watch Netflix over crunchyroll if I was just lying in bed.

I think Microsoft is more open because well there are a lot more apps coming in. A lot of them are from large companies, but maybe crunchyroll can get one in.

Another +1 from me in support for a CR app on consoles. That would be awesome.

Yeah, some fresh anime from Crunchyroll on Xbox 360 would hit the spot. I have mostly devoured what anime is on Netflix, Crackle, and the new Manga.

The 360 is really becoming a competator to media boxes like roku and boxee. Especially with features like SmartGlass in the future, the 360 is legitimately in the field with the rest of them. Normally that's all there is to it -- Hulu is available on some and not on others, and they make those choices. But with such crossover appeal between anime and video games, the 360 seems like an ideal place for a Crunchyroll streaming app. So, a long way of saying, consider me another supporter of the idea!

In the fall a version of IE will be available on the 360, no word yet on if Flash will be supported but maybe that would be a way to do it!

You guys got an app on the WP7 platform (which works great, by the way), so I have every confidence that you can get one on an Xbox 360. And when you do, my life will be complete: Anime at home on my TV, at work on my laptop, and on the go on my cell.

Xbox 360 support is a must!!! PS3 support wouldn't be a bad thing either, but the Xbox with it's Metro interface and all the bells a whistles (plus a better media remote) make it the obvious first choice.

I'll wait patiently for the day...

I used to find my anime on the internet else where or I would buy physical copies in bulk when I attended cons but my sudden interest in "Kids on the Slope" has pulled me into Crunchyroll and I like what I'm finding. The commercials aren't all that bad but I am intrigued by the premium subscription service. I strongly considered purchasing it right away but then I realized that I enjoy watching the bulk of my anime with friends in social settings and being huddled around a computer screen in a small corner of the room is not exactly conducive to a good time.

However, the moment I find out that I can stream a premium version of Crunchyroll through my Xbox 360 straight onto my television screen I will gladly buy a membership for double the price of the current subscription fee (not to shoot myself in the foot). More over I would more than willingly recommend the paid service to all my friends who have become scattered across the country as they move into their adult life. Everyone needs a little anime in their lives no matter how grown up they get.

So, I strongly implore you to look into the possibility of a subscription based, commercial free streaming anime service showcasing your extensive library of shows on the Xbox 360 because as soon as you confirm its impending debut I will gladly send you my credit card information.

E3 came and went and Microsoft announced a few new streaming video partners, but CrunchyRoll was not on the list. I guess that means this is never going to happen, it's just been too long.

That's really too bad, as I only watch anime on my TV and my TV is only connected to my Xbox and my PS3.

Just cause it wasn't announced at E3 doesn't mean it wont happen. Microsoft doesn't announce every single partner at E3, Just the major ones. NHL, NBA, MLB etc

id wager if anything microsoft want's it to work with kinect and nobody at crunchyroll is skilled with kinect development.

Just guessing mind you.

At least internet explorer is coming to xbox so we should be able to use that

Assuming IE on the XBOX 360 has Flash (and not the limited whitelisted sites only version of Flash planned for the Metro version of IE in Windows 8).

I shall add another voice to the chorus for 360 support - it's my preferred viewing platform nowadays - I use it for watching Netflix, LoveFilm, 4oD, and BBC iPlayer far more often than I use it for playing games.

Internet Explorer for Xbox will be neither, and did you see Micrososft E3 press. It's like a hybrid between Surfing on a smartphone and something else. I dont think it will come with a desktop mode with icons, menus...

But who knows...
