Hi!

It seems Bleach won't be available for that region (just UK). Neither is Heroman.
I begin to wonder why I should pay the same money for less?

Any ideas?

Idk if you're missing much with Heroman. The artwork and animation is good but the plot seems really stale to me.

To answer your question, region restrictions are determined by the Publishers of the shows and we do what we can to have the shows available in as many countries/regions as we can. For Bleach, we do hope to receive the right to distribute it in more regions but, ultimately, this will be up to the Publishers to sort out so I will not be able to make any promises.

If you do not feel that there are enough shows available for you to warrant paying the fees, it's understandable if you drop your membership here until more is available for you. So think it over.

Agreed on Heroman, you're not missing much.

There are still a lot of great shows, Durarara!!, Erin, Eureka Seven, Code Geass, Book of Bantorra, plenty more.

Is there a way to see what shows I can see in my country? Dattebayo is stopping their Bleach subs, so I was looking for somewhere else to get my Bleach and I came here. But now I'm in doubt if I can actually see it at all, and other shows. I'm not going to purchase anything until I know for sure what I am getting and what not. More transparency on this would be great.

You can see a list of what is available in your country by following this link:
http://www.crunchyroll.com/anime?cat=alpha

It automatically filters out what is not available in your country.

It's a pity and many people are victims of what is unfair. I don't know much about licensing restrictions, but if more people from other places such as the EU, Australia... etc I think we will be seeing more anime/drama eventually.

So what wishi42 wrote was not correct? He wrote, if I read it correctly, that Bleach was only available in the UK inside Europe. For the record, Bleach does appear on the list for me.

I never said what wishi42 wrote was incorrect nor did I imply it, though we were able to secure the right to distribute Bleach in a few European countries, other than the UK (see below). So, to clear things up, Bleach is currently not available in most European countries as well as many other countries.

Territories
We tried really hard to secure as many territories for launch, so please bear with us. For launch, BLEACH will be available to all viewers in North America (US, Canada, Mexico), the Caribbean, Central and South America, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Iceland, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa.

Why isn't Bleach available in my region?
Region Restrictions are determined by our Publishers and is something we have no control over. More often than not, multiple broadcast companies own the distribution rights to a series for different regions which may block us from gaining the rights to host our videos for the people in their region. If any regions open up, we'll be sure to secure the rights for them and give the people residing there access to Bleach.
