Haha, I was dying to watch this movie this weekend since a lot of people were saying it was nice. I had to finish my lab report at 3 in the morning, just so I could watch it on Sunday. And it was worth it <33

I like the fb page that says, Move over kids, I've been waiting for Toy Story 3 for ages. lol. XD

It made me wonder what my toys feel like after I've stopped playing with them......
I was kinda teary eyed in the part:

My image of Buzz Lightyear has changed. lol. WOODY is my favorite character! <33

It's not my thing to talk about politics actually But I felt it was relevant.... Plus I remember everyone talking about the elections on the wall the other time.

My teacher in Economics last year described Noynoy as Harry Potter. An ordinary man who was given and accepted a big role. He may not be the best but I think he is needed for change. I think his term is about transition. Remembering our roots, the past to move to a better future. He has the charisma like his parents to unite the country.

So far, his plans for the country are interesting. I hope it bears fruit and really help Philippines change for the better.

Ah, I expect a lot of things from him and I hope that he'll be the medium to change the country. There're so many issues that needs to be solved already especially the main problems which are the budget deficit and the debt that was opened by his own mother. I think he can do it if he picked the right people as his cabinet members and picked the right decisions. I'm not really much into politics. In fact, I hate it. Because, it's always the same story: Graft and Corruption, Change, etc. and still nothing good is coming out of it even in the change of presidency. I just REALLy hope that it REALLY changes the country for the BETTER with the change of president. =.=

I actually researched on that budget deficit thing which started during President Cory. It wasn't entirely her fault, there was so much corruption in the Marcos administration that left her in that terrible debt. She had the opportunity to remove it but chose not to. She probably did that because she had so much trust and belief that the Filipions can overcome it. And she wanted to be honest and work hard with our own efforts. That's what I believe and want to think. I have so much respect for the late President. She isn't a policy maker so it isn't her line of job to be able to those kinds of things. But she was a necessary change and symbolism of freedom and democracy at that time.

I actually watched the inauguration in TV earlier. I glad to hear a lot of promising things in his speech. It's also nice to know how things were kept simple. While they were singing different songs, I felt that nationalism in me. It was a powerful feeling that made you want to serve and see the change for the country.

I can see your point. ^^ Oh and I watched as well earlier, it was a good speech and very nationalistic. Two-thumbs up to Noynoy~ ^^
