I like spiders and most insects.
I catch them in cups and throw them back outside so my cats don't squish them with their paws and leave the mess for me to clean up later. Nothing says "I love you, human" quite like a half eaten roach or cricket. |

They're supposed to be good luck if they come into your home. I get big roaches, these guys (house centipedes) and land crabs. I try to spare them tiny doom, but they are stupid and keep getting themselves stuck in my apartment complex. |

well then i guess I've got a lot of good luck, because i'm usually the only one in my family who sees them and everyone else misses it when they walk up our walls or across our carpets, but yeah i know they're harmless and they eat spiders, but seriously house centipedes the way they move is what creeps me out the most it's just that each of their legs moves like two seperate waves on each side of their body.

It depends on how big the spider is. If it's small I'll leave it alone and it'll eat other bugs around the house. My house isn't infested with any bugs to begin with, but with a few small spiders around it stays that way.

I ask my husband to kill it if it's pretty big. I freak out too under those circumstances. Here's one that was in our house about a week or so ago.
