well, honestly, dunno...I've read some mangas like flame of recca which had over 200 chapter...then there are still mangas like naruto, ongoing with with almost 500 chapters (well 498 to be exact) and detective conan and Hajime no Ippo both over 800 chapters altogether...So I can't really say

do you happen to mean the longest manga that i've finished reading or longest manga that it took me so long to finish?
well in any case Hajime no Ippo is damn long almost 900 chapters and of course one piece though i haven't read any of the new hajime no ippo ch yet so not sure if they went on haitus or is done as for one piece it's still going on naruto and bleach kind of gave up after like ch well lets just say it didn't go past the single digits. Berserk and Fist of the North Star i've actually yet to finish(yet i watched both the anime) and i've got to finish Ah Megami-sama i can list more but the list may go on forever so i'll leave it here for now.....................
