I don't get it,not alot of guys say it,but for girls....every sentence they say has like in it :l..Does something happen when they mature,to make them say that,or is it natural?

It's a filler for when you're being awkward or trying to combine sentences or something of the like. It can also just a habit for some people. (It's easy and it makes sense most times when you plug it into a sentence.) I don't get why people find it annoying, to be honest. :I It's just a word.

not all girls say it...but most of the time when i here an excessive use of the word it's because they're doing a presentation in front of the class, and i guess they just dont know what to say or think that if they pause from talking it'll make their presentation seem awkward..

I don't say like repetitively. But if a girl was to use the word repetitively and she always hang around me, I'll probably be well influenced to use it to. That's how my mind work.
