Why do boys always say "guy" all the time?
"you know what I mean, guy?"
Or what about the fact that people always use the word "um" between their sentence. It's just something our brain blabs out well it's thinking of the next word in our sentence.
Just a habit. If you're more aware of it, I believe you can fix it to a certain point.
