I don't care about the manga, but the anime was good or ok-ish. The shounen-ai undertones didn't bother me the least bit. I've seen better action scenes, though. The ending didn't feel much like one but it's not like I'm hooked on it. Luka's an awesome guy but man I thought Cadenza's voice sounded cool and intimidating for a bad guy.

I love the style for both the manga and the anime! I'm not really into shonen-ai, but this series is really good :3

anime was epic...i want a season two.
just started the manga...it will probably be better

I watched the anime and read the manga.

I like the manga better because of the wonderful artstyle, the anime's animation sucks.

And this is shoujo, no BL or shounen ai... 8 volumes already and no signs of guys failing for other guys...Luka loves Yuki's soul, not his body...(he was a girl in the past)

Weird thing is that I love the manga and this one has 2 of my most favorite characters ever but I do HATE the main character and could care less about Luka.

I agree with you. The manga explains it better (reading it now lol)... in the anime, it was sort of hard to understand what was going on. I mean, the opening (theme song) explained the main conflict, but they didn't really talk about it well enough in the anime. Still, the anime isn't half bad lol x)

Will there be a second season for uraboku ?

Cause the story just ended like this and what happen to Kanata and other duras ?

In wiki , it said Takashiro releases the Zweilts to live as they wish until the NEXT BATTLE.

So .. is there any possibilities for season two ? Hopefully there is a YES >//<

I loved the first arc of the anime, but the second arc...it's like without an ending already laid out for the writers and producers, they just completely faltered. Way too many questions were left unanswered, and they kept introducing characters that then proved to have no purpose for being there.

So I definitely vote manga! I've only been able to read up to chapter 18 or so (must wait for English scanlations because I can't read even the slightest bit of Japanese SIGH) but there is way more depth in both plot and character development in the manga. I'm just a little nervous because I've been hearing the manga is up to chapter 44 or so in Japan and there are still a whole lot of unanswered questions. I hope this means the mangaka plans to make the series really, really long.

As for people asking about a second season...I wouldn't bet on it, but if you're determined to hope, I heard that they've recently created a for-the-stage version of Uraboku in Japan, which means the manga is still fairly popular over there. If people keep buying the manga/anime and showing interest...perhaps one day we'll finally get a season two.
