Just finished watching the new episode on the Funimation site.
7 year old Luffy is so damn cute.
but it also makes me realize just how important Luffy was to Ace's development into the person he became. Without Luffy's constant efforts at friendship Ace would have stayed a nasty little bastard instead of becoming the fun likable guy we know.

this episode was pretty good i especcily liked the new opening fo9r the following things 1) it was PERFECTLY in synch every single scene matched perfectly with the song 2) it showed that we may get filler but it will cover the crews training 3)it showed all the members joining the crew and it was sad remembering what happend to robin,chopper and nami.

Yeah like a few people have said, without Luffy around Ace would have stayed the nasty little fuck he was, even in this episode Luffy wont say a thing and Ace runs like a pussy |

ok Funni is starting to annoy me here. New eps are out but for some reason they only put out the Dub version of 197.
I'm not interested in the english version at all and there is no explanation of what is happening with the Sub release. I live in Canada so I only get a 3 day window of opportunity to watch this show streamed before they shunt it to Hulu.
As far as the newest episode goes. I like Sabo, he's the voice of calm and reason between Luffy and Ace. The scenes of the three of them running around with Luffy chasing after the other two are just great.
Good choice of a voice actor too, (though odd hearing Naruto's voice being a voice of reason)

You can find One Piece on the Funamation streaming site, they are the ones with the license.
CR has a lot of other good shows though. If you haven't already try some of these ones; Reborn, Eyeshield 21, Shugo Chara, Blue Exorcist, Letter Bee, Hayate no Gotoku, Asura Crying, Heroman or Slam Dunk (ok it's a much older series but it's a fun one)
