Interesting concept of a "reverse X-Men" world placed in high school: check
A strong cast of interesting characters, each with good characterization and unique symbolism in their powers: check
Comedic, yet underlying dramatic and sometimes romantic, moments: check
A high school anime that is NOT a shounen, but a seinen that is reminiscent of a shounen while still being serious when it should be: check
