The folks at Otaku in Review were nice enough to test out Crunchyroll, our video service, and the Premium Membership. They even reviewed the iPhone and iPad Crunchyroll apps! Check out what they think of us below.

If you’re someone who enjoys anime and wants it fast and easy to access, then I highly recommend the Crunchyroll premium subscription. In addition to removing those pesky ads, the service allows viewers to access the latest episodes of their favorite shows quickly and in HD quality. If you’re still on the fence, you can get a free 2-week trial of the service and see for yourself. The Crunchyroll site is not without its issues (many of which being with their video player, which Scott & I go over on this podcast episode) but overall, I’d say the premium option is worth the money you’d invest in it.

And yeah, honestly this site has gotten me way more into good anime then I knew before. The money I pay is totally worth it, I can follow new shows, and watch old ones that I missed. Best 7$ I spend per month!

Been on CR for years, loved it most of the time. I was sad when Bleach was removed (glad it's back) and i also miss d-grayman, Claymore and several others. Ahh well, overall I love it.  |

I love CR too I just wish more old anime was added though... Try to get some more old shows back please I wish sailor moon was on here that was one of my favorites ever though I get my moneys worth... *-* (= OR MAYBE EVEN YU YU HAKUSHO

i hoping for every anime ever existed, and i kinda wished we still have the top 3 greatest hits and the top 5 weekly i always enjoyed those and it helped me picked out some good anime to watch.

I would Give CR Credit for Some Anime that Been Shown, Ur Own Profiles, Making New Kind of Friends, and of Course Feedbacks and Comments on Videos and Other Ppl, Most Importantly Its Great For Both Members and Non-Members to View Streaming Anime Videos, and for Star Members they get Earily Access to Great New Anime Release before waiting the following Week, Been a Member since 07 and i am Proud to Be apart of CR, Much has Change Then and Now but Im Hoping that Ur Legacy and the Site as Well Continues to Spread and Make New Anime for whats to come ^^ Great Job Shinji and Staff *thumbs up*

ill be honest here. i never even heard of cr before dattebayo stopped bleach. iused to go there for bleach and taka for naruto shippuden. now i have both and many more for 60 a yr.hell yea. i do miss song translations tho. well worth the switch. i support legal alternatives |

I like this site, I enjoy my membership, most of what I watch I watch here, heck I even enjoy participating in the contest every now and then. so just continue doing what your doing and improve on what you need to. you have my sincerest thanks.
