well i got a lot of friends and atleast half of them are girls, but the only times they REALLY wanna talk/hang out is when their emotionally down, or needs some comforting or some of the sort.
we talk at school and such but other than that we just talk at parties and such.
I mean i dont know if im good at comforting them or w.e, but i often wonder if they find it easier to open up emotionally to a guy than a girl?
have i hit the spot or am i completely wrong?
what do you think?

My guy friends and I hang out to play video games most of the time (since my girl friends aren't really interested in video games).
And I go to my guy friends if I want to escape all the girl drama.
Like when they talk about guys who they like and other girls who they hate.
All the girl drama stuff gives me headaches. 
I think it's easier to open up emotionally to guys because girls think they don't care. Or rather, girls feel that the guy you're talking to isn't going to gossip or anything. That's just what I think. |

I think girls open up to boys more because girls are known as girls for two things - Their body parts.. and their GOSSIPING! They gossip alot, so some people might be embarrassed .-.

I don't how you can put up with that. When girls pull that stuff, I make myself scarce and avoid them like the plague.
The only people that I will help facilitate are the ones truly care about me.
You offer value at that specific moment of need, it is why they turn to you.
Same thing if you're a really fun guy, girls will turn to you when they want to have fun.

Guys are more relaxing/comforting.
Besides, talking it out with girls might be nice, but there's a 78% chance they're going to go for the first chance they can to turn around and start telling everyone what you're stressed about. Girls are very judgmental, guys are cool with pretty much anything. |

I guess cause its nice having both genders as friends. Also (to me at least) they don't really seem to stress out about stuff when they're with you and they seem more relaxed..

Here's a question i got, why do girls still flirt with their guy friends? I mean, you give us sooooo much info about yourselves to us, feel better when we give you attention and make you feel better, and then are like "Okay, done with you, i'm gonna go and try to hook up with the guy whose gonna treat me like crap, see ya."
