parents are annoying
Posted 5/27/11
My parents are annoying at times, but that doesn't change the fact that I love them and I owe them a lot. I know they just want what's best for me and they love me.

My mom and dad are happily married. They fight at times, but they always reconcile. (I'm also the referee)

+1 I agree with this one, my mom gets on my case alot, but that's just to help me mature as a person so I'm really thankful to be this well brought up

I know that feeling. Our parents can be very annoying at times. But trust me, if ever you'd be away from your parents for a while, you'd truly appreciate the things they're doing to you right now. They love you and they care for you.. although it's probably still a blur for you right now.

Don't really miss mine. I get along really well with my messy house and fast food. But then again, it's been like 9 years since we separated, so if I still missed them it'd be really weird.

American cartoonist Al Capp (deceased, hated children) worded it this way: the best way to get even with your kids is to allow them to live, grow up, fall in love, and become parents themselves.

That was the stupidest fucking comment you have ever made in your life. Not only all the idiotic punctuation and spelling errors. But you threatened someones life with a weapon that you probably don't have, nor know how to use. People who think of human life the way you do deserve to die. Go die somewhere.

I don't agree with mine, but I respect their decisions. Whatever makes them happy.

I love my parents so much.. I thank them for everything they've done for me. Sure at times they frickin piss me off, but hey. Live a little. I know they try their absolute hardest to give me what I want and to support each other as a family. Sometimes you gotta think about their lives you know? They have a life of their own too. My parents dedicate their life for the support of me, my brother and sister's life instead of theirs.
Haha, I think i'm too spoilt so I will hardly ever ask them for something. Even if it is small. They threw away a huge part of their life for us.

But I haven't told them how much I love them and thank them for me being their child.. When they're old coots I want to look after them like they looked after me. I don't mind. I love them. Haha, but they'll have to do their toilet business and stuff by themselves!

You should be appreciative of your parents, no matter what they do. My father died when I was very young, and my mother had (still has) problems with drugs, meaning that I mainly grew up without them. Don't take parents for granted, and respect their decisions, and make sure you put in a good effort into the things you do, to make them proud.

TL;DR Not everyone has parents, so appreciate the ones you've got.
