Introducing Teen Top, the newest boy group



This new group will be named Teen Top, and will be consisted of six members chosen through various open auditions. According to reports, the group has already been approved of their talent through an upcoming program at MTV, titled Vice Guide to Everything. This show has served as a judge to decide on the group’s capabilities in music, and their possibilities of success once they officially enter the field. Vice Guide to Everything also put a spotlight on Korea’s training system on idol groups by actually visiting the country.

T.O.P. Media revealed, “This program, which introduces Teen Top for the first time, will include in-depth evaluation on the training process the boys have gone through, including dancing lessons, vocal lessons, foreign language lessons, mime lessons, and etiquette lessons. Interviews with people in charge of casting, training, producing, and marketing will also be shown in the program.”

According to T.O.P. Media, MTV’s producer Jessie Juke had much interest in Teen Top, that he has decided to visit Korea once again to film the group’s activities once they debut. His initial intentions were to only capture the group’s systematic preparation process in prior to debut.

Vice Guide to Everything will begin its promotions U.S.wide starting this summer, and will be broadcast starting from August at MTV.

Teen Top to debut in July with Clap



Having revealed their faces earlier, it was revealed that the newest boy group, Teen Top will be making their official debut in July, with their title track, Clap.

Even before their debut, they’ve been garnering attention from many for starring in their own reality show airing on MTV called Vice Guide to Everything. The program will chart the boys in-depth training program and will give an in depth look into the Korean system of grooming their idol groups. The program was recorded in April and is scheduled for broadcast this September.

In addition, one of the 6 members who are all in their teens was discovered to have starred in Seo Taiji’s Human Dream MV in 2008 and is called Ricky.

Teen Top reveals MV teaser starring After School’s Lizzy

Ahead of their impending debut next week, rookie 6-member boy group, Teen Top has now revealed their two MV teaser videos on the 8th to create more anticipation.

And apart from the six members comprising of Cap, Niel, Riki, L.Joe, ChangJi and ChunJi, the MV also stars Lizzy from After School and it looks like there will be some dramatic storyline incorporated.

They will release their album on July 9th and subsequently begin promotions.

4minute’s HyunA and Teen Top’s L.Joe revealed selca shots of themselves. The two seem like pretty close friends from seeing these photos.

L.Joe uploaded these two photos on to his Twitter. They look pretty adorable together, don’t they?

It turns out, the two know each other from their high school, Korean Arts High School. They share a sunbae-hubae relationship. Now, they get to see each other on stage, apart from their school.

Shinhwa’s Eric, Dongwan and Andy show support for Teen Top



After watching the debut performance of Teen Top with “Clap”, for Shinhwa members Eric, Kim Dongwan and Andy it was a case of “it feels like we’re watching ourselves from 10 years ago.”

Before their debut performance, Eric and Andy, who have been monitoring their practice, said that it felt like looking at Shinhwa preparing for their debut back then. Kim Dongwan also posted a photo of Teen Top on his personal blog, describing them as “Andy’s ambitious project” and helping to promote them.

Teen Top is a new group from Andy’s management company, and the group consists of members that Andy picked out from an open audition. The Shinhwa members are all helping to monitor their activities and putting all their support behind them.

After watching Teen Top’s debut performance, the Shinhwa members have apparently expressed their wish for Teen Top to perform Shinhwa’s songs on stage. “They’re the new group that can best pull off Shinhwa’s songs and stage performances.”

After releasing their debut track “Clap” last week, Teen Top have started sales of their single album on 12 July and will be kickstarting their broadcast activities.

The band ain't too bad i find their song to be quite catchy don't know if they'll be big but they'll b around
