I can't say I expected that, I have forgotten all about him until now. However, it is nice to see the Vizard again. Any opinions on this?

I think this arc is turning into something good.

He came out and changed the dynamic of the battle...and he's just creepy I also can't believe someone actually got hit by a cero. I was actually asking a friend before I got to that part "Does anyone EVER get hit by a cero?"

He gave up his sanity or whatever to be able to completely conceal the captain commanders powers, which explains how he acts and stuff.
