Dive. Fuck that. Burning alive is a horrible way to die, so are crushed/mangled organs from a high fall. Dive is pretty instantaneous, relatively painless.
I mean, if there's any possible way to survive, I'll try that. But if the choices are jump out or burn alive and every other option's been exhausted, I rather go painlessly.
If there's a ladder, definitely try and grab the ladder. If there's enough people you can make a rope from their clothes, tie it to something inside to link the window to the ladder. Slim chance but better than nothing.

Tall buildings should automatically be fitted with parachutes for safety reasons...
Also, if you have an office job in a tall skyscraper...
you should bring a parachute to work.
