How about taking a few steps into the fire so that you're on fire and then jump.

I choose live. lol Seriously, there's more options than just burn to death or jump. Your on the 9th floor and there's a fire, assuming the fire isn't coming from both directions you have quit a few options.

If there is no option what so ever than flying out the window will be the best choice cause u die faster that way and won't feel as much pain than being burn alive. N plus don't u want to experience the moment when ur about to die n ur past pass in front of ur eyes? |

I'd let those whores jump down first and keep one. They'd be lying down on the ground acting as a cushion for my fall. I'd also take the biggest cloth available and use it as a parachute to at least reduce the impact of the fall.
I guess you wouldn't be able to think this fast though during an ACTUAL fire. Lol. And I forgot, 9 stories high >_>

Hmmmm i would jump, I would rather feel the overwhelming adrenaline instead of burning down to a crisp... btw if i jump i'll make sure to take down a few ppl below (kamikaze style) mwahaha >=D

I'd try to guide the fire to a floor I could kick through and then fall down floor by floor;
