(1) Takamura from Hajime no Ippo
- Episode 76 of Hajime no Ippo will make everyone convince he's a pervert. He decorated the whole Kamogawa Gym with dirty, slutty, perverted pictures. And, he has no shame with that. He took the boredom of the gym and even made the other guys pumped up. Well, he wasn't even afraid/embarass showing his manhood to his other fellow gym boxers. In fact, he was proud showing it and stated that that's how a professional manhood should be.
He was considered Lord of the Perverts because he could not contained his lust on women even though he's already a Japanese Boxing Champion. He was caught in the act and actually published his picture harassing a woman in the frontpage of a newspaper.
He was even maneuvering his own manhood helicopter style and grabbing others' manhood.
Even in manga, he can't stop his pervertedness even in the whole crowd after his Championship bout.
