i kno theres some of u out there who dont just sit n watch anime or dramas all day... wut do u do for exercise??

in high school i did track... i ran the hurdles, so i did a lotta various sprint workouts and weight lifting every day...
then in college i practiced and taught martial arts 3x a week... id spent a good chunk of the time in class trying to get ppl in fighting shape... normally it'd be something like this...

~1500 fast punches
20 pushups
20 tricep pushups
20 fingertip pushups
300 crunches
20 full situps
25 "shaolin leg raises" (kinda like squats)
20 jumping jacks
... and then we'd start practicing kung fu...

i havent worked out all year, but im planning to get back into it... doing a similar kung fu training routine but since im training alone now, i'll probably change it up a bit... i also recently got a speedrope so i can try to work some more cardio in... we'll see how it goes...

... i type on my computer all day.... occasionally walking up the stairs to the bathroom or bedroom..... that is the extent of my workout...

Wow... you must be really fit...

I usually play sports to keep in shape, but nothing so hardcore workout-ish... Maybe I should try going to the gym once in a while...

i train in wing chun im a black belt and i train 2 times a week now around 2 hours each to 3. Usually we go an hour of cardio and sparring so i love to kick some ass.

haha yes i actually train with sifu bruce a student of his. But william has his own school in the city.

I ride my bike almost everyday. I started doing pushups and situps every 20 minutes. Or when a commericial came on. I got results actually, but I stopped. Today I'm starting over again.

aww cool i also trained in wushu for like 1 year haha but i only got to long fist, i trained with master tang lai wei from wushu beijing team.

I go for walks with the ladies in my neighborhood, and i'm learning Kendo. (talk about a freakin workout!)

geez i suppose im really unfit. if i got time i'd walk around my house(for no particular reason) and about 15-30mins later i'd continue watching animes/play games and when i remembered that i couldnt do a single situp(i couldnt do it at all not even 1 ) i'd try but i could never reach my knees.. geez

I go to school on my bicycle and that's already about 45 minutes every day. Sometimes I walk to the stores instead of begging my dad to bring me and I rollerblade/play soccer sometimes. But not that much

well, whenever i feel like it.. or whenever i force myself to do some exercises

i do my own type of...tai chi? forgot what it's called lol.
but yeah, something like it. but i also do some fast punches or hard punches
depending on if i'm daydreaming that i'm in a fight with 100 ninjas or just beating up some random guy. lol
basically. i just like to move my body

other than that.. 2 sets of either 40 to 50 push ups
200 crunches.. sometimes i use my ab-lounge, 200 or so on this.

oh. and can walking around the house count to?
i think i walk about 1 to 3 hours each day looking for something to do or eat around the house.. i can never find something i want to eat.. yeah, i'm picky lol
