I sometimes get my own food so that like what ... burning a couple of thousand calories and sometimes I eat with my own hands and thats like a few thousand more, pfft no wonder I am so thin

...themost il do generally as specific exerciseis a few times trying to run as fast as ican which isnt that impressive back an forth int he yard 4 to 8 times........ generally its 4 to the fence with a return to the house each time...sorta big yard...but not really... i also work up a nice sweat at night sometimes just from gaming stress sometimess... i enjoy it.

as i arrive in the city after commuting, i walk to school. then i walk to the mall. walking is good exercise.

I don't have much time to do exercise, however, I do some walking exercise sometimes and eating exercise, does it count?

Well, I really just go to the park, and play basketball 3 hours everyday. Oh and in the evening do 50 pushups, and 100 crunches.

umm i do push ups, sit ups, and leg lifts in the morning when i wake up and before i sleep. then on tuesdays and thursdays, i run for however long i feel like it. and then im always dancing when i can, and i try practice breaking at least four times a week.

I exercise my fingers by typing a lot But seriously, I walk home (takes me about 15-20 min--1 mile), I basically have to run all over the school (locker -> class -> locker -> cafeteria -> class -> class -> locker) and I love to participate during PE (lots of running~ yay!)

yea actually we do 3 sets of ~500 punches... and the class of around 10 ppl form a circle... we go around the circle, each person counting "1-12-123-1234-12345" totaling 15 fast punches per person... we go around the circle maybe 3-4 times per set, depending on how many ppl show up to class... and then in between sets we go into the pushups, situps, etc. its a good workout for the arms... most of the students work up a sweat during this exercise.

muscles won't look good on me...but i like toning my body....

do 50 crunches when im bored and/or reading>>>kinda like multi-tasking

and then i put my arabic music on and do belly dancing for 30 min to an hour.

i like variety so when i get bored with belly dancing i put on reggaeton music or fast rnb music and just dance til i sweat....

dats basically my workout!

When I watch TV programs for an hour, everytime there's a commercial I do squats. I do not finish my squats till the commercial is over and back to the TV program again. When it's commercial again, I do squats again. I keep doing that routine till my TV program is over.
I lightly play basketball in the morning. During the actual 12 noon, I play basketball hard till I'm exhausted and my t-shirt is fully soaked by my sweat. Then, I go back home, change another t-shirt, then lightly (lazily) play bball again at the afternoon for 1 hour but mostly 30 minutes.
If I get annoyed and don't feel like going outside, I take out the dancing pad and play Dance Dance Revolution. The other modes in DDR are too fast for me to follow so I'm stuck playing DDR MAX 2 in Light Mode. =P

XPP u should teach me some exercises man.
I work on my calves, my knees and all of my leg to put it short. You know with squats toe races, I call these butt stretches, gravity stretch, high jumps, etc. I also Do crunches, sit-ups, arm stretch, and push ups and and fist push ups.
