well first i stat on teh 225lbs bench press, then work up to teh 315lbs bench press. followed by 225lbs military press. sometimes i'll i do push ups afterward. my leg routine consist of 675lbs leg press, followed by a light jog. note: all work pertaining to weights were don in free (not machine or resistance) weights.

in high school i did track... i ran the hurdles, so i did a lotta various sprint workouts and weight lifting every day...

i havent worked out all year, but im planning to get back into it... doing a similar kung fu training routine but since im training alone now, i'll probably change it up a bit... i also recently got a speedrope so i can try to work some more cardio in... we'll see how it goes...

haha but i do dance (: like everydayy and i do randon stretches and stuffs on my own and just whatever. otherwise im a lazy person haha. (x

Well, I don't want to go all detailed since that would take too much space. But I do pilates, yoga, kickboxing, cardio (jogging), and weight-lifting.

i usually run on the treadmill for about an hour a day .

Fuck... well ill get here at some point... probably not the fingertip ones ever though... i do wing chun too.. i wont risk stuff like fingertip stuff.. i play piano, and its my career aim.. i cant go being reckless with my hands.

So this isn't in order..

20 minute run with a 48 hr gap between each one

Every other day,

10 3/4 pushups (my upper body strength is shit... im working on it), same 3/4 ones.. triceps... and a 3/4 really slow single pushup to the count of 10.
20 leg raises
30 crunches...
then 30 more crunches (with hands foward), but i come up a bit, then a bit more.
then 30 mini crunches from an already uhm... crunched.. position
30 oblique crunches

i do a dumbell work out on the days when im not doing anything else, but i keep tampering with it so.. still havnt found an ideal.. exercise is relatively new to me

In the summer I ride my bike but and down steep hills(usual and up hill). then i hang out with my buddies and ride round a lake for almost the whole day or we go to his crib and play games...then back home on my bike. Then my legs are hurting(a week later do the same thing till summer is over). Other seasons would be in gym at school or the weight room(rarely go there).

I'm currently doing a type of yogalates specifically for fast muscle toning. Yogalates is (duh) is a hybrid of yoga and pilates to get into decent physical shape to do P90X, a boot-campesque set of workouts that are meant to get you 'ripped' in 90 days. I can do most of it, but don't have enough upper body and core strength for their core workouts and pull-ups.

about 5-6 dances with different music.
