allright....this is how it goes
- take the right hand
- wrap it around the stick
- do 50 pulls up and down (amounting to 100)
- then take the left hand
- repeat
- it works out the grip, the wrist, the arm if you hold it while sitting, AND i swear it does the fore arms XD

When i was really in good shape,

Every Morning Mon-Fri
Stretch 15 mins
50 pushups
50 situps
Easy 3 mile jog
stretch 15 mins

Evening
Weight Lifting Mon, Wed, Fri with personal trainer
Mon - Long Distance Run 6-8 mi slow-moderate pace
Tues - Speed or Hill Work
Wed - Med Distance Run 4-5 mi moderate-fast pace
Thus - Speed or Hill Work
Fri - Long Distance Run 6-8 mi slow-moderate pace

Speed and Hill work varried but usually consisted of a 1mi Jog/15 min Streching for Warmup + 3Mi of Speed/Hills + 1mi Jog /15 min Stretch to cooldown
An example workout would be something like
4x400M, 2x800M, 1x1600M
or
8x400M Sprints
or
10x200M-400M Uphill Sprints

Weekends: Rest Time but I didn't lay around doing nothing. Sometimes I would go Bike Riding or Swimming or Playing Racquetball.

i ussually run for 2 hours and then do 80 to 100 crunches.

shuttle run 400m X 100 times ( no limit )
legs up and down 100 times per hour .
incline pull up 50 times per hour .

i do martial arts 4 days a week, 2 days of grappling and 2 of kickboxing. after each kickboxing class we usually do an ab-workout (crunches, bicycles, leg raises, etc.)

i also live near a state-park so i go hiking a lot too

hmm, get 5 hours off sleep every day, lol, not so good
~take a multi-vitamin in the moring and take muscle milk
~8 hour shift at dsw stocking shoes, pretty good upper body workout in itelf
~then after walk, warm up by waling to the gym, which is about 8 city blocks
~stretch my muscles 15 sec each
~mondays, i do chest and abs:
set one, idk wathca call it but its like a standing bench, first set 15 reps of 80, then go to another excercise like the yoga ball sit ups, more affective trust me, 30 of those, then idk the equipment, but helps with the love handles, 15 sets on each side, then i do cardio after the three on a elliptic thingy i 4get what its called, on elevation 6 and resistance of 16 for three minutes, or sometimes in the thread mill for three mins, the reason being is to simulate a boxing round, btw, i box, lol, but then go right back to the chest, but this time, adding ten pounds, but lessening the reps-3, then the rest is as is...
afterwards, light stretching, another cardio workout this time 30 mins, then top it all out with some delish muscle milk, im not gonna write the rest, too lazy, lol

im starting to work out i mainly just lift weights though and do crunches and push ups :] but sometimes i dont do it >.< so i have to start getting committed to it

I walk up from the 8th floor to the 12th in school after 7th period. That's tough exercise. And sometimes, when I'm late to school, I run from the train station to the school, but I tire after 2 blocks.

i used to surf Sunset Cliffs in Point Loma but now i do static stretching exercises to stay limber and flexible and go for walks.

30 minutes of dancing, 30 minutes of walking/running on treadmill, 30 minutes of bowflex

.....yet i am still chubby...>___>
