Umm....I do 2 different training...
Muay Thai Training - Running (usually about 3-5k by the end of the day) - Skipping (jump rope) - Shadow Boxing - Pad training with my trainer (This takes a couple rounds) - Heavy Bag training - Sparring and Clinching - Break - - Running - Skipping - Shadow boxing - Pad training - Wrestling each other =] - Calenstetics (I can't spell it!) Regular Training - Running - Skipping - Leg Plyometrics - Ab Plyometrics - Push up Plyometrics - Pullups - Lifting and crap =] Sorry I took too much space...=[. |

I do 60 crunches lie on back 180 degrees, put hands to back of head and lift both legs 6 inches above the ground and hold for 2 minutes 60 quick push ups in a minute (chin to floor) sometimes 2 finger pushups / clap pushups xD and i take a shower -> relax |

smoke out open a soda so between rolling j`s all day and opening soda cans combined with games typeing etc etc i have fingers of death but my body is out of shape i do alot of laying down so i have plenty of body pains repeat when needed which is a daily event for me |

i'm in a basketball team, so everyday afterschool.. the coach makes us run a mile, 30 pushups , 30 situps, 2 minute wall squats (where you lean against the wall with your back, arms extended in front of you and your legs are in a sitting position) <- i hate that one the most. Actually, most of our exercise routines consist of different things, cause coach doesn't like us doing the same thing.. but the one's that i named are the ones we usually do. Then after that, we go into our basketball plays, dribbling, shooting, etc. I' also take part in a Water Aerobics class, we basically do aerobics in the water! lol along with some weight training~!

on the weekends i...
run 30 laps around my house (which is pretty kinda big) then do at least 50 sit-ups stretch for about 10 mins then 10 round-house kicks for each leg and then practice breakdancing and hula i know it sounds a bit odd, but this is the only way i could enjoy exercising |

i`m a fencer so At 3am I wake up and do a 2 hour run (no stopping) after that I do atleast 44 push up to work arms muscle and then do 30 min of footwork. Normally by the time I`m do I should have enough time to miss the bus and eat breakfast

100 decline shoulder length pushups(varies in the range of 100-120 depending on how i feel that day) 450 crunches (do them like 10+20+30+40+50+60+70+80+90+100) Leg raises +Inverted crunches for 3 mins 40 side bends with weights and then if i feel like lifting weights i'll lift weights |
