What's your exercise routine?

I do martial arts, weight lifting, cardio, and core.

Weights:
3 different kinds of bench press
cables
pull-ups(body weight)
dips
pull over
2 types of rows
curls
wrist curls
double shoulders

Cardio:
bike
martial arts
jogging
hitting the bag

Lower body:
basic squats
calf raises

Core:
leg raises
crunches
sit ups
waist twist

Of course I don't do all this in one day, I brake it up; otherwise it would be a super-torturous Bruce Lee workout.

i used to play tennis but not anymore

the only excercise I get nowadays are random walks and masterbation

theres a gym near my school and where i live so i go alot. i usually work out 2 specific body parts every other day or so. so one day i work on biceps and triceps, on another i work on shoulders and pecs and so on and so on.

i usually do about 3 exercises for each body part im working on, and each of them in a pyramid formation.
so if im working out biceps, and im doing curls, i start with 10 reps (each arm) with 20 pounds, 8 reps with 25 pounds, 6 reps with 30 pounds, 4 reps withs 35 pounds and if im feeling up to it several reps with 40. then i go back down.

then i proceed to do another 2 exercises for the aforementioned body part in this type of format

In high school, I did Cross Country/Track and Dragonboat at the same time during my last year.
Too lazy, to type it all out... LOL

Now, whenever I feel like exercising, it ranges from a couple sets of 20-25 push ups..a few sets 30-50sit ups..
Mass punches...lighting fast...if I was at home, I add kicks.
And other random exercises when I feel like it..

I live in a 24 story building and our condo unit is in the 19 floor. Instead of using the elevator I used the stairs instead and I do it everyday.Just started for about 2 weeks.

Everynite I practice 5 minute stretching 15 shadow boxing if theres extra time ride my bike and do rounds around town where there is less traffic no sun.

20 pushups a day, during the day I try to move about (while stretching) as much as possible...
