40 minutes of eating big macs nonstop (good for jaw muscles)- $400 a day

34 minutes of eating jaw breakers(good for jaw muslces)- $12 a day

1 hour of getting punched in the jaw(good for jaw conditioning and shaping)- $950 (medical bills a day)

2 hours of running in the streets and starting fights with everyone=(good for everything else)- $231,200,000 (court cost, bail, medical bills (victims as well), training, equipment for training, car damages, laptop damage, ect)

24 hours a day feeling like a god amongst men= priceless.

There are somethings money can't buy, but for everything else there is fighting. peace over war

I swim 2 hours 3 times a week, for my school swimming. Usually sets like 4x100 Fly, 1KM Free, 400I.M., not exactly the most strenuous exercise, but then again, school-based swimmers aren't very good. For our gym training, things like 5x20 pushups, 10 pull-ups, lifting weights, etc.

I run from my house to bus stop (about 300m) everyday because Im always late for school.

Running for the cafeteria when the bell goes for recess, everyone sprints down the stairs, since my level's classes are up on the highest floor (8 flights of stairs), we trained ourselves to jump down 2-3 steps at a time.

The occasionally things like when Im in the mood Ill do 20 situps, 10 pushups, 2 pull-ups, etc.

I do Oyama Enomichi karate twice a week and one kick boxing class a week. It's all a mix of cardio and calisthenics plus the actual formal training. I'd like to do wushu a some point in the future.

I tie weights to myself, set my treadmill to maximum speed and incline, and do running jumps.

I call it The Hindu Death Leap.

I use to have a night job that required lifting of 130 lbs everyday. I walked around at night for at least six hours. Lifting and moving objects.

I'd get home, play basketball, sprint for long distances(To a corner store and back without stopping). Do pull ups, wrestle, and overall, most times of the week I'd stay up for 36 hours at a time. Whenever I was 13 I could lift 300 pounds of pure metal. The next time I tried was 14, only 320, no big differene, NOW its 360 pounds, It turns out you can work out so much, your muscle can get tired and overflow, I couldn't work out for almost 2 weeks, because of my muscles aching too much. It was terrible....
