this is just a warm up i do and i consider sports my exercise
-10 sit and reach
-10 open leg sit and reach, switching from left to right
- 5 stand, cross legs and reach then switch crossed legs and do another 5
-10 push ups
-10 sit ups
-25 jumping jacks
i think im missing something......oh well, i forgot


*edit* : i usually do this on school days czz i relax on the weekends

I dont exercise..the only time i exercise is when it's our P.E. class..........

Basketball for 30 - 40 minutes.
Rest for 1 - 2 hours
Basketball again for 20 - 30 minutes or more.
Rest for 2 or more hours.
Contemplates whether to play basketball again or not.

Rinse and repeat on the next day or on the other day.

I do what they call " dumb dancing " with my amigos everynow and then.

Jog/walk for 1+ hour.

Rest 30 min.

Weights for 30-45 min. (Not going to go into set/rep/muscle group because that would take a crap ton or explanation and time)

3 hour break

Ab/core work 20-30 min.

3 hour break

BB Complex for 15-20 min.
Lower Body, Body weight exercises 100 reps plus.
Jog/walk 30+ Min.
Forearm/Grip training every other day.

not as extreme as others, but i jog/run.

i haven't been doing my morning runs for, like, a month now though; assignments & other commitments have just been piling up like a bitch
