What exercise routine?

I try to swim and walk a little, a few times per week, but other than that, I generally dislike exercise... I've never been athletic, and I'm only ok at swimming, short distance sprinting and basketball defense. I tried volleyball. I failed. I tried long distance running in track back in middle school. I practically fainted from exhaustion. I also hate sweating. That's why I enjoy swimming. You're so wet you can't even feel yourself sweating.

Finishing Week Four, Phase 1 of P90x2. Lot of core exercises and stability training. It's been rough since I never really focused on that stuff much before. I am fitter than I have ever been before though. Worst dvd in the group so far is probably Plyocide. it's like a cross between football training and ninja academy classes. Seriously. Felt like the only thing missing was doing the exercises with my League of Shadows brethren surrounding me and hitting me with bamboo sticks.

I lift weights 3 days a week for 30-45 minutes, then I think 10-15 minutes of crunches/planks.
Then I run or walk anywhere between 3-7 days a week for at least half an hour. I try to burn at least 300 cals a day.

Muay Thai twice a week and boxing once for an hour each. The in-between days typically treadmill/ stationary bike to warmup then 20-30 minutes of kettlebell or weight lifting exercises, might target any areas I feel a muscle imbalance. Though I sometimes substitute the kettlebell to run track, swim laps or do some indoor climbing just to mix it up. Also if I feel sore I'll take as many days off as I need, Im OCD but I dont want to mess anything up.
