Morning exercise, is 100 to 200 stmoach crunches (depending on time), 50 push ups, then I get ready for school, at my free period I do at least a mile around the track

Evening exercise, 200 to 400 crunches, 50 to 75 push ups, and I bike 2 miles around town, then after a good rest I practice my Tae kwon do, and while doing so, try to come up with new moves and attacks

and usually there's some weight lifting, I bench 205 at present (and I don't hope to go higher)

I run 5 miles/day 10 minutes of crunches and then weight training every other day! ^ ^

i dont really like count it...

but i go to my vball trainings everyday, and it's like 3 hours of exercise then
2 hours proper training...

Once I had swimming training. 2 hours of exercise and 3-4 hours of non stop swimming. But I've quit swimming training...

Does vocalizations in a choir count? If it does, then.. lol But I've also quit.

I don't go to the gym and we don't have equipment in the house.. I go for really long walks and I jog at times in the morning. I do sit-ups and those kind of exercises.

I see to it that i have 30 min of exercise everyday ...
i usually do dis at night before i sleep ..
30 min is divided into 3 parts:
10 min for stretching
10 min jumping rope
10 min sit ups or some pilates

I do about 50-100 push ups
100-200 crunches wen im not busy
Sum wieght lifting sumtimes i go to the gym
i run at least 5-10 miles a week
i have bball practice and other sports
umm i have TKD and Karate Training

hm.. my exercise routine.. i try to keep fit...

Monday- gym
Tuesday- gym
Wednesday- rest or i go for a 4km jog
Thursday- grass vball league
Friday- badminton or i just rest
Saturday- gym, jog, beach vball or hike
Sunday- i rest from Saturday's heavy night of drinking.. lol

get your mom to go somewhere! then take care of your to hard headed brothers and take charge of everything!

cooking
buying food
cleaning
enrolling
covering the books
wakling a mile to do somewhere
wash dishes
wash clothes
put a fresh bed sheet on the bed every week

lets see if you can survive! and thats my life now

sitting on my ass all day either in school or in front of my laptop makes me feel veryy guilty as well as eating every 15 min whether in class or not so i go to soccer practice, sweat and pant it out and then i run 2 miles every other day...yeah im still fat but i gots killer leg muscles

just jog for about 2miles and do 50 push-ups in 5 cycles.. then jog again for a mile..

note: i jog in the treadmll...

ive got godd metabolism -or summat like that-and so i dont get fat or unfit
major plus to that is that i LUV rock climbing
apart 4rm that i don't exercise at all :3
