run on the tred mil on 6 speed 5%incline for an hour, 50 pushups, 200 sit ups, 20 pull ups, 100 jumping jacks, and various stretches to make sure i dont feel it in the morning

I started a new exercise routine today. I warm up, jog for 15 minutes and do crunches for another 15 minutes.
Baby steps, yeah... :sweatingbullets:... I haven't worked out in a while, but I plan on upping the jogging and crunches eventually. Maybe do some weights if I get to go to the gym.

I go to work, and don't eat the free pretzels...
Other than that, I lose however many calories one would lose when typing and clicking daily.

I usually run in the mornings in the summertime, I have 2+ sports games/meets a week and 3+ practices. I also just play pick-up games of World Cup and Ultimate Frisbee with my friends.

My current exercise regime consists of chasing after children. Made popular by many an after school, lifetime, and oxygen channel special/movie.
You too can become a part of this wonderful movement by (insert wise remark here) and sending in $19.95...
Seriously though, I do a combination of stretching, yoga, gardening, and plain old house chores, such as scrubbing my kitchen floor by hand. Nothing fancy and no special clothing needed.
