go gym at the end of the week...do everything i can c...participate in any of the free lesson...come home dead and not move properly 4 the rest of the week before going again at the end of the week ^^...but damn i aint flexible as i use to be...cant do the splits properly anymore T_T....can still do most of the flips though...that doesn't change

Weights in the morning 3 times a week.

Strictly cardio 4 days a week.

I do Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu 3-4 times a week.

Five out of seven days a week, I'll break out The Bean and get in four sets of crunches (15 per set), four sets of squats (17 per set), and three sets of pushups (12 per set). For something that costs only $50 (and also something I found out via infomercial), The Bean really does increase the efficiency of the exercises I do. (Am I beginning to sound like an informercial right now?)

1.Jogging and stretching everyday.
2.Yoga every other day (I'm just starting it)
3.Punches and kicks I learned from Human Weapon (fav show on History Channel, probably any channel). I just need a willing volunteer to practice some of the moves on. (not for real of course)
4.2 sets of 15, 1 set of 10 curls (15lb. dumbbells)
3 sets of 10 push-ups
3 sets of 10 squats
3 sets of 10 wrist curls
3 sets of 10 sit-ups or crunches
3 sets of 10 dumbbell shrugs
3 sets of 10 back extentions
every other day (not in that order)

Lift weights but only on my biceps with them hehe. Do this every other day. Just do curls for like 35 or so minutes. And got a pull up bar so I do those on days when I don't use weights. Just started trying to do leg raises on the pullup bar and those are killer, can only do like one hehe maybe two at a time. Probably gonna start doing pushups and tricep pushups sometime in the future but maybe not hehe. I kind of want to get ripped sort of like Bruce Lee but get bigger biceps, but still that guy is ripped! I eat sort of healthy too.

I watch dramas all day long on my laptop sitting down on the floor so it gets tiring sometimes. I change positions constantly like my legs, arms, lie down on the floor, back and forth, stretch.

I play basketball with my husband and son every other day and walk for a mile after 45 mins of play.

When I was going to the gym, I would take two classes, kickbox and step, an hour each. After that I would do all the exercise equipments and go on the treadmill for an hour or so. Loved it during those days but thinking back, I don't know how I did it.
