lol cycling every other day to work.. an on the weekends

umm, put my mp3 headphones in on fullblast,
get on the rowing machine for about 2hr(on a low level though)
then do the same on other machines for the rest of my body,
dont rely warmup though,

Before my injury I would do speed bag. heavy bag. and sparring.
For cardio i would run on the treadmill,swim or ride my bike.
For weight lifting I would train one major and one minor body part.
EX. Chest and Triceps

i do 50 situps with 2 stops
40 pushups with no stop
and i do 60 weightlifting 25k with 1 stop
i always walk
walk to school
work
friends
my dad
anywhere so i can eat whatever i want
