i cycle to school in the morning, i take a walk back with my bike if the day is not too hot, have tennis in the afternoon and then in the evening have a nice cool jog. Usually the weekends especially on saturdays, i would reserve it as sports day and do lots of exercise like yoga, tennis, swimming or go to the gym

i do 30 pushups and do some situps and and lefting weight as much as i can.
i do exercise when im fcking mad about something!!but every time i exercise i become stronger then i do more exercise

I work out about every other day extensively. I'll run/jog for one hour which accumalates to about 5 and half miles. Then I'll rest for about 5 mins before hitting machines and weights, such as leg presses, chest press, bicep curls, tricep dips, deltoid press, and what not for about another 45 minutes.

Then I'm off back home to mend my wounds =P Actually, I hardly ever get hurt but running does tend to work up a good blister.

Ooh, my routine is fairly tough.. Wake up, walk to get my laptop (Which happens to be 2 steps away) go back to my bed, use laptop.. Once done, put laptop on desk again, walk back to bed. Repeat.

I just go on my exercise bike for 30 minutes a day and do 25 situps.

Lol Same for me. I used to run track, but I'm too busy with school. Whenever I'm not busy, I'm tired as hell.

all i really do is work at my store and jog every now and then but when i get mad i jog unitl i cant any more which is about 6-7 miles but this month has been stressfull i was robed 2 times in one month by my sisters who use to work for me one stelling $3000 and the other two stole my safe which had $6-7000 in it i was so pissed i was joging this whole month so i can jog about 9-10 miles right now

my daily routine: i run at lunch time.. to mcdonalds and order a double bigmac, with supersized fries, nestea with no ice. (H)
