i used to iceskate but i've stopped cuz i got into volleyball and basketball also stopped too, cuz i had to be focused on school but i still work out at school doing pull-ups, 600 yard run, and such exercises every physical fitness training in ROTC

I lift myself up, kinda hard to explain exactly how I do it, run in the treadmill for half an hour, and some push ups. Nothing special.

i dont do dynamic excersize like that i do it by muscular positions beleive me they hurt

First I play DDR for about 3 hours (only on weekends) and then I do 40-60 sit ups. The sit ups are an everyday thing.

6 mile run
followed by 4 sets of 30 pressups
4 sets of 20 tricep dips
4 sets of 10 chin-ups
4 sets of 30 sit-ups
That is my rugby fitness schedule

whta I normally do is about a 10km run followed by 300 crunchies, and 2 sets of 50 of each type with some weights of different types of arm exercises

Well, when I actually do get to workout, on account of playing sports all the time, I follow the regiment that coaches or teachers give me. I used to train at this place where I did speed and agility + strength training. That just involved a lot of running, latters, medicine balls, and then into the weight room and did mostly free weights and stuff. I especially like this one machine where you can squat and then push the machine part up..oh yeah that was fun.

But yeah, I don't have a specific one now, I will when I get into college...oh college softball workouts -.-'

does swimming in the morning 2.5 hours and then in the afternoon 2.5 hours count everyday monday-saturday? XD
well yeah, thats what i do. I probably swim like over 10000 meters a day...

since i'm part of a dance troupe..

first, as usual we do stuffs like stretching... u dont really want muscle pains do u???
next are the overload exercises like the curl-ups, push-ups, back-ups, squat rush, even jumping jacks, high-knee jog, normal jogging and more..

I do 50 pushups in the morning 120 situps gotta work on abs girl power!! ^^ and i jog for 1h and do 50 sec sprints ^^ for the morning

and play soccer and basketball with friends and bike with friends and also go to track sports teams like volleyball soccer rugby and basketball hard to jugglem all ^^ but i excersise alot luckily i have time for Romantic Anime cant get thoughs in real life ^^
