I do a lot of weight lifting twice a week at the school gym. I tend to jog around a mile early in the morning at least 3 times a week and I try to do at least 150 crunches a day that's pretty much all I do for exercise. I do walk a lot, especially around the campus, but it is more a casual walk than a brisk one.

Since my new job I have quit going to the gym entirely and have stopped (for the moment) going to the Kajukenbo class I had been taking for over 2 years. I just don't have the time for all that work out...nore the energy. So I am now doing something that is just as physically toning and just as exhausting but different and fun. I am doing 3.5 hours work of belly dancing every weekend with a group and then doing the stomach exercises while I am working or at home.

Ahhh...it's too fun.

I can late at night after the gym closes. I go from work straight to school. So, while at work I do the stomach muscle training, because sitting down actually intensifies the effects they have on the muscles. Sometimes if school ends early I will walk on my treadmill. So, Yeah...guess I am saying I dun wanna work out for an hour every day this semester lol.
