it all depend one the type of earring that u want and what u feel comfortable with . some guys looks sexy with both their ears peirced and some dont look sexy at all it depends upon how the make u feel.

It can be dangerous for piercing ears since diseases like HIV and AIDS may spread to that person, so it's not really recommended.
