No, it's amu's chara. I even saw a picture of the egg and Amulet Witch (i think that's what it's called)

Are you sure you're not confusing the witch, dog, and cross egg with the Amulet Flow Cards? Because they're just made for a game.
About a season 4 Shugo Chara, I think they have a 50/50 chance that it will be good or bad. They have to repair the storyline in the anime to match it's manga counterpart since it deviated so much from it. I'm sure if they fixed it they can show the rest of the manga and maybe even from encore as well.
However, I won't believe there's going to be a season 4 until I see solid proof from a reliable website. Don't believe in rumors.

actually the 5th charas chara nari is called "Amulet Cross." well thats what I saw, well heard.

aok...so here's pretty much, how much i know .first season; shugo chara second season; shugo chara doki third season; shugo chara party -pretty lame... hopefully and probely 90.005 % season 4;shugo chara!encore! since the manga was already relesed. Hahahaha... I highly doubt that. Though, I'm sure by 2011 we'll have our answers.
Though, think about it... they'd have to go into a High School Season of SC, so it'd be difficult, and they'd also have to have Yaya there. So the chances of it really happening would probably be 5%-10%, which is pretty low, and highly unlikely.
