but no, alcohol shouldn't actually be in the body. It's not so damaging in moderation, but it's not good.

Here's my recent not so cool but still pretty cool alcohol story. Well, it's not too recent. I'm just reminded of this because I did a follow up gig with these people like last week or something. This story is like a month back.

Anywho, I did this gig for a children's party, emphasis on "children's party". Though, that day I didn't eat anything and was a bit under the weather, cold and allergies just messing- probably one of the worst times to actually drink. The father of the celebrant offered me some drinks before I even started my commission. Well, I drank a couple of beers and took almost 3/4 red Solo cup full of tequila at one go straight up. While I was doing the party, I was sneaking in some sweets, rice crispy treats, and cake from the kids' candy bar. Basically, I was taking pictures drunk and full of sugary treats.

So far so good right? Well it was until the end.

Six minutes before my time was done, I just knocked out cold on their couch. Thirty minutes later, my designated driver came to pick me up. He woke me, and immediately I just threw up on the couch. I mean it was pinkish orange with a lot of cake bits and Skittles pieces all over (talk about tasting the rainbow). I was pretty much dead weight and carried out.

Now, here's the cool part. I was called in by the mom of the birthday girl a week later because she just loved the pictures that I took at the party. She hired me to take pictures for the real estate firm she work in. Additionally, they are fixing to get me for their bigger branch a couple of towns down. Not only that, she booked me to take pictures of her sons in a couple of weeks. On top of that, I got more booking inquiries on my services from her office peeps.

This was one of the very rare times that I was alcohol-TKOed at a party. I've done harder at clubs and other parties, and I easily woke up without a hang over from most of those bouts. It's kind of a shame, ironic, and pretty funny that I was so shitfaced while working at a kids' party. "LAWL"

Here's the moral of the story. There isn't any. Sometimes good things just happen to people doing things that are not all that responsible. "JUST_KINDA_JOKING_LAWL"

Some joking aside, to the people reading this, alcohol is just poison, even in small dosages. Although irresponsibility is part of the fun, it's not really fun when you put yourself, money, and investment in the line and do lose out. I was smart in being stupid that day as I got someone else to drive to me and check over my stuff because I knew that there's a chance that I was going to drink that night (yes, even in a children's party). Though, that experience left me to reevaluate some of my behavior when I'm doing my gigs because it actually caught up with me after all this time, a children's party of all gigs. I knew that it would eventually catch up, but personal experience are a better teachers than pamphlets. Luckily I did a kick ass job, am good at communicating with my clients, and the kid's mom and dad were pretty damn cool.

I've been drinking to drink less and less after that. I'm not going to stop drinking because I do like to enjoy some fine Merlot and sometimes taking a vacation with iced tea on Long Island every now and then. Although, I'm taking a pass on most beers from on.

Just to note, Hemingway wouldn't be as interesting if he did the salad bar. "LAWL"

So yeah. Related. "LAWL"

And raws:

Thats a sea cucumber by the way, it just looks increadably suspect.

Yup! Seven days. "LAWL"

So yeah-

And more yeah-

The words I'm looking for are "high caliber". "LAWL"

Also, special mention to her freckles. Rarely do you see those on a character.

(Though, I can't say the same with posting some of the non-age restricted, uncensored Queen's Blade crunchyroll stream scenes here. "SO_AGAIN_YEAH_LAWL")

I'm pretty sure that this is Saki. Don't know if it is the newer one. Not going to watch that until they release the second for the older one. I mean C'MON!. "LAWL"

though I might not be able to do it much now...

today I just took a thorax radiography and it's not looking good... since I was born, I had a very weak respiratory system, and it's been damaged gradually over time. I always knew it was going to happen eventually... and that's why I was so fond of physical activities and such (also singing). But I didn't think it would be so early... The damage to my lungs seem to be such that I won't be able to do any heavy physical activity now, and I can't be outdoors too much. You know that kind of thing that you somehow knew was imminent, but still were hoping it was a mistake or a lie, and when it comes it still destroys you... I'll go check to the pneumologist tomorrow to see if some of the damage is reversible, and what will I be able to do... of course, there are some givens to this, I can't drink alcohol anymore, and I'll need to be extra careful because I will not be able to afford another heavy infection, but that seems like nothing compare to what giving up exercise means... I always fight and try to be as optimistic as possible, but this time I can't help but keep my hopes as low as possible, maybe as a defense mechanism or something... Still, JD sad...

that sucks man. not saying i understand you completely, but i myself suffer from asthma. hope you get better bro.

i do not see michael anywhere in that pic..... unless he's covered up in the speech bubble.

EDIT:

reverse image gives result as "The Pollinic Girls Attack"

How about santa clause for rider? With the power to disarm all of his enemies with a bough of holly and mistletoe, and a flying sleigh. His main weapon could be a whip for lashing and asphyxiating.
And he can throw lumps of coal at his enemies.

@agemokitty
Ah. Cool, thanx.
