Am I the only one that finds this image both disturbing and inappropriate?

I found it to be Disturbing, but wasn't sure if I should say anything since to each their own Fetishes. I mean look at me I am into Catgirls and imouto's. I'm sure there are some who find my love of Catgirls and imouto's disturbing.
