Well if the site that has these tests is one that "share[s] Anime, Manga or Drama illegally" then it would violate the spirit of the rule about links whether or not you actually link to it. However, if it's a site that doesn't do that and you are linking just to share something you enjoy and think would be fun for others and it's not something you get any kind of commission on or credit for directing traffic to, then that wouldn't violate any rule I"m aware of.
