You make me feel a little pity for some design students I know... poor bastards. LOL
also yea, Habanero Ramen has it's peculiar origin story that obviously starts with "one day when I was high..."
It works the best with fish, but it can also be chicken or pork, don't try it with beef, though, it's not so good.

Yup, that's what I'm talking about... actually, my father wouldn't let me get on the wheel until I learned and understood how an internal combustion engine worked, how to change a tire, how to know when the mechanics are trying to screw you and all those things... although I had no idea how the speedometer works, thanks about that.

also, another example would be the fact that I know technical drawing (blueprints and stuff) and carpentry, So my dad told me that we had to repair all the furniture in the house (it was damaged from being stored such a long time and then moved a lot) and make a little coffee table for mother's day because my mother is out of town and she comes here the 7th, and it's a surprise, so far we have repaired everything, have the skeleton of the table and we've put some kick ass LEDs in the cupboard for display, and thinking on the table details and color for painting, and all this for the cost of around 3/4 of an IKEA coffee table...
also, look at my skeleton design on how to get everything from a single plank:

you'll be amazed to see what will come out of that piece of paper... LOL

That seems like an odd program for molecular biology...
for me it was: Transcription, Translation, Replication, gene expression, and recombinant DNA techniques (mostly on Lab) though I can see why you take HIV there, that fucker goes against the Molecular Biology Dogma... not cool, HIV... not cool at all.

also your knots are alright, but the organization of the thread is a bit sloppy, it still looks a bit messy, but the piece of skin looks like it was messy to begin with, so it might not be your fault, do what I did and get yourself into other groups, I was my dissection teacher assistant for a while, and it makes wonders for your technique.

hmm okay then but I think baka-tsuki will translate them sooner or later.

Considering that these images have been circulating the net for a few years, I would think js06 would have translated them if he had the materials to translate considering the fact that he does put Index novels at top priority when he gets them.

Ahh...I should have made it clearer. That list I mentioned wasn't in order. The order for us in terms of material was
Introduction-->macromolecules-->cell membrane and communication-->transport-->internal membranes (e.g. ER, Golgi)-->Cytoskeleton | -->Enzymes and energetics-->Anaerobic Energy production-->Aerobic energy production-->Photosynthesis | -->Signal Transduction-->DNA-->DNA Replication-->Cell Cycle and mitotic factors-->Transcription-->Translation | -->Recombinant DNA techniques-->Regulation of Gene Expression-->Apoptosis-->HIV/AIDS | -->Cell potentials/Nervous conduction-->Immune System and Response-->Cancer
where the | are exams and | is where we are up to now.

Well, it's my first time and pig skin is tougher than human skin (we used pig feet for the suturing exercise). The point was just to learn some basic suturing techniques. It took me a half hour before being able to do a basic knot. With respect to the organization, well...I figured as much. I'm sure practice will make perfect...or close to perfect, though.
