OMG, that reminded me so much of Eragon, the book series... This scene in particular makes me remember the very ending. Have anyone here read these books? They are full of awesome. (and they would make for an EPIC anime) I mean, the author took the time to actually think about how magic could work WITHOUT negating physics! That's hardcore.

So guys... it was supposed to be last week, but tomorrow... is finally the day I get to new era in my life. No more sleeping til noon, no more sitting doing nothing till the end of days, no more forum browsing till I drop, no more anime marathons. It's time to get serious.

It's good to be home without anything to do. Or at least pretending I don't have anything to do now.

Seriously. I liked the series, but... Ichika is THE. WORST. MAIN CHARACTER. EVER. I just hated him so much. Not even the epic battles in the later episodes managed to make it up for me. In my opinion, I say "It's still a better protagonist than Ichika" the exact same way I say "It's still a better love story than Twilight".

Well, mini-rant over. Just saying, all he had to do in that situation was not failing. Guess what he did?

And my last about this week's Darkuh Fleimu Mastah:

One, that image is tiny, and I have to strain my eyes to read anything. Two, I don't know if I'm coming off as weird, but I'm more interested in that box that says "Canon"...Also, there's an Animax one now that I find a bigger version. (also, the canon one says Cosplay land....Oh well...)

Getting to your point, it's only overhyped for some people. I quite like it. I thought I wouldn't like the second arc, but someone on chat told me ep 19 was good, and I watched it and it was, and I'm going to watch the second season too. So, no, I don't think it's overhyped, I'm quite happy to see it being near the entrance. (Oh, also, if you look there, Cardfight Vanguard's booth is actually more toward the center, and that is one series I think is completely uninteresting.)

Also, I'm also now realising that this is some convention with a Canon booth, and a SAO booth, and it's somewhere I won't get to go...so I'm starting to get sad, and jelly. Soo veeerry Jelllly

And, while I'm at it, lemme say a little something about this image up here. That's the NF-104 experimental plane Shirley's namesake pilot, Chuck E. Yeager, was almost killed flying. That thing was supposed to be a test platform for climbing rates and altitude limits but turns out strange stuff happens when you add a Rocket boostes to the tail of your plane...
