I guess I'm not participating for three reasons: I'm up-to-date with the show, that Gundam show demonstrated my terrible luck with this randomness (I think I still have my 30-40 shadow badges), and I don't really rewatch stuff much in the first place (and am unwilling to "cheat").
Generally premium members are still eligible for membership-prizes, I recall them saying that it is added as an extension to the end of your current duration.
