I want to be a paramedic, so school is going to be a factor there. My dream is to be a soldier, so if I wanted I could easily not go to school and pursue my dream. As for the scholarship to Yale, even if I got one I'd never go.

My dream is to have super powers, so I would drop college any day.

Well, for me, they're kind of one and the same. Becoming a professor naturally requires collegiate experience, which naturally requires, well, a college.

Well I have to go to college for my dream....Have a sensible job as backup if my creative adventures don't work out :P

But this question: Would you give up your scholar ship for you lover? Or change colleges just to be together?

What the heck?!?! Hecks no!!! Why don't he just study a little harder and get into my school lol..What type of question is that? lol

Once in a while, all it takes to be a professor is to write really good gay porn.

No, seriously. I had a lit/writing professor who obtained his position (which was eventually tenured) because of his ground-breaking artsy homoerotic semi-fiction written back in the 1970's.

So forget college. Write about making sweet, sweet love to goats or something.

I never went to college and so so glad I didn't. Go with your dream. You'll be better off hired with real world experience and no debt.

Well, I have two dreams. One is writing and publishing my first book. The other is owning my own horse farm.

Would I not go to college for those dreams? No, I would go. College can be seen as more than just a step up education wise. It also helps getting connections. I'm majoring in English to become an editor.

Why an editor? I've edited a lot of other classmates papers and they always thank me when they get a grade better than they would have on their own.

After that, I'm thinking of retiring to do my second dream. Since I don't know a whole lot about horses and their care (except for what I've learned on my own through books), I figure why not take a few courses that are equine based? I'll need a college for that as well.

I wouldn't give up a scholarship to be with a lover, nor change colleges for them. They will have to understand that what I choose is for a reason and they can either stand behind that or leave.

well I'm going to college because i have to if i want to accomplish my dreams.

but if there was a way to accomplish my dreams without college than i totally wouldn't go. College is fun because of the activities and in class discussions are intelligent. but if i never had to take a test or do homework ever again in my life. i wouldn't, i know the point is to prove your your capable of doing whatever your learning. But it's the worst part. especially when it's a part of the course that has nothing to do with you but you have to do it anyway because its part of the class.

So yeah, dream all the way. and even if the dream didn't work out as planned. than i'd probably just give up and go surfing. fuck school

I would choose College my dream is cool and everything but how will i know that i will succeed in getting it if i dont have enough experience to keep it who knows someone can come along and take it cus they are more equipped and have all the necessary things that i lack .

i will choose college in order to achieve my dream by being certain that i will have all the education that is backing me up for it and that i will be able to further myself not simple just achieve the dream but advance it my dream is nothing if i cant have knowledge i will try to do everything that will help me in the long run and i know college can help me in my dream if not that dream it will open new opportunities for a More better one that i thought was not possible.

Pursue your dream if it has nothing to do with college or if a once in a lifetime opportunity comes by. You can go to college at ANY age any time you want. Just be prepared to study your ass off.
