I'm just curious about this, especially when I think about the various anime bloggers who seem to have a knack on keeping track of multiple series at a time with per-episode updates for every series.

Do you like binging on anime, watching them in long marathons, or do you watch it in moderation, only tuning in to about a few anime episodes per day?

I used to love marathoning anime, but now I've realized that I like watching a few episodes at a time more.

Personally I hate binging anime. I went crazy catching up to Bleach and ever since then I can't. I try to watch an episode a day to really enjoy each ep no matter what the show. I think the only time i broke that rule was for the last few eps of Code Geass R2 because I couldn't stop haha.

I wouldn't Binge or watch in Moderation to be honest.

Binging on Anime usually ends up with nothing for you to watch until the newest episode releases, and when you're done with that you'll have nothing to watch for another week. Cycle repeats until you find something to better occupy your time.

Watching in Moderation is never enough. It depends on how many episodes a day you're planning on watching. Most -- if not all -- episodes are short. 24 minutes in total, minus the 1 minute for the intro and outro, the 15 seconds to recap everything which happened in the previous episode for everyone who missed the last show (however unlikely that possibly may be), 15 seconds to give you a preview of what you can except next week plus another 15 - 20 seconds for completely unrelated stuff (Bleach's Arrancar, Shinigami Illustration Book, etc).

So in total, a viewer only has about 19 minus of the show to enjoy. There is no way an hour of viewing time is going to satisfy most people, especially when J Drama can go up to only 10 or 11 episodes a season and still provide 50 minutes of viewing pleasure.

What I do is I wait for episodes to pile up then I can set a reasonable moderation point for myself.

It all depends for me. If its anime I really enjoy I'll marathon. Staying up alnight to watch anime sometimes, or I'll break it up. Specially if its only 12 eps. Just like what I did with Soranowoto. I watched 6 eps. one day and 6 another.

For me, it's all in moderation. I can't sit still for too long, but sometimes I'll really get into a series and watch five episodes during an evening.
