I really hate getting this, are there any progression in getting this ban lifted??? What are the laws that makes it impossible for us to see those certain anime series?!?! MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN i hate those laws here in norway aaaarrrrrrrrrrrrgh!!!!!

That's copyright law (and while individual countries have their own laws, most countries are members of the Berne Convention and WTO, so there is a standard of respect for copyright of work created in other countries). Until there is permission from the copyright holder, it can't be legally streamed to a country. This is a title that is being streamed by the North American license holder, and they do not have the freedom to give permission outside the area where they have distribution rights. Getting the region restriction lifted for this one would require contacting the rights holder - either a license holder or the original Japanese production committee - to get permission from them. Crunchyroll gets the streaming rights directly from the production committee for simulcasts, and has been having lots of success in getting simulcasts in Norway / Sweden / Denmark / Finland, but this is a show produced three years ago, and the rights have already been spread around.

I suspect Media Blasters offered CR a very good deal. If for example, payment is rendered on a pay per view basis, CR has no risk. Also, they may have approached CR rather than the other way around. I also suspect Media Blasters is using this as more of a promotional tool, as only 4 episodes are on offer for these recent series from them. (Kanokon & Queen's Blade being the other two). Whether they will offer up the remaining episodes remains to be seen. If my suspicion about the favorable terms is correct, I expect the remaining episodes would be offered only under more normal licensing terms.
