The likelihood of such a thing to happen is improbable, especially on a forum such as this where the majority of the users are not in the healthcare field where such things are most likely to happen.
However, to answer your original question I have not seen such a phenomenon.

Not really me and two others I believe to have actually witnessed these events have said so. While the necro troll guy pisses me off I shouldnt feed him any fuel.

I really think because I have witnessed death it leaves a better understanding of how precious life is. Tho like I said earlier I hope to never witness a accidental death or murder....

yes it was even on the news

It was when some american soldier attack a 22 year old guy with an axe.
In his statement he said he was looking for an police officer or other soldier that he could attach but after not finding one on the train station in roosendaal he attacked a 22 year old guy that had the posture of someone that could be a soldier.

the guy died there on the station it happend in front of me there was a rail between me and the victim but that was like a meter of 4 with no obsticals at all so it still counts as in front of me

Maybe not right in front of me that moment, but me and my friend were driving home from illinois, and we drove past a major car accident. It fell off the road and there were people yelling "Help! Help! Someone call 911! The children won't wake up!" and we pulled over (along with a few others) and called. A few days later on the news the children were said to not be alive anymore

I didn't see it directly and all I did see was the fireball from a plane crash at the airshow in Dayton Ohio a few years ago

The hospital would not do anything for my grandmother anymore so we brought her back home...basically to die since the doctor said she didn't have very long to live. She was very ill. On the third day I woke up to see her take her last breath. It's very sad. I miss her... T^T

Yeah, my dad passed at home Dec 14 2008. My mom was worried about the sheets he just soiled so she asked me to help hold him up so she can remove them. The cancer already moved from his liver to his esophagus, so he wasn't able to talk anymore, so as I held him upright he was looking straight into my eyes. Within ten minutes the sheets were removed so I went back to sleep, and within two minutes of that he was gone.

The nurse on call when "it happened" came complaining about how many people were passing that night and treated him as if she was inconvenienced by his death. Damn shame when health care specialist loses all tact because it's just a job to her after a few years and looks down on something like this.

These guys causing trouble got shot in the bar that i was at. I was literally 3 meters away. the pool of blood he left made intricate shapes and i took pictures of it after they moved his body. Proceeded to drink the whole night and went to the swimming pool right after.

One of the best nights of my life.
