I wish CR would get Bakuman, The World God Only Knows, and Soremachi.
Shirei Tantei Yakumo or Togainu no Chi seems likely.

It would make sense to get the sequels for what they already have, Bakuman since its Shonen Jump and...well personally I dont care cuz I usually watch stuff elsewhere.

Question though: Is it definite that Deadman Wonderland will not be airing this fall? And what about Yozakura Quartet ~Hoshi no Umi~? Cuz this is the best chart I've found so far, but I'm working on a previewing impressions blog post and I need to know wether or not I should include those two.

How is Deadman Wonderland supposed to be airing in October when there is absolutely no information as to who will do what in the series (as in seiyu and whatnot)? The answer to your question is yes, it is definitely not going to air this fall. At the earliest, it may air next fall or even Spring 2012.

As for Yozakura, it is an OVA series that will only be released on DVD in Japan on Oct. 8, 2010. It will follow the manga closely. As for how many episodes, it's unclear.

Whoop! I didn't know Shinrei Tantei Yakumo was being turned into an anime! How totally awesome!

Anyhoo, I'm looking forward too:
Shinrei Tantei Yakumo (obviously)
Goulart Knights (hmm.. the clothes looks neat..lol)
Starry Sky (Yay! But, is it going to be an anime or OAV?)
Otome Youkai Zakuro (it sounds interesting)
Star Driver (surprisingly, I kinda want to see it. I usually, NEVER go for this type of anime...)

Out of those I'd like to see Togainu no Chi and Index 2, maybe Hyakka Ryouran Samurai Girls. Wouldn't surprise me though if we get "Robin and his 100 friends" though :/

I see Togainu no Chi is being done by A-1 Pictures, and other information indicates Aniplex will be involved, as is the case with Occult Academy so I would take that as a hopeful sign.

Index 2 seems unlikely, as the both the first series and Railgun were licensed by Funimation, but CR did pull off getting Strike Witches 2, despite Funimation having the license for the first series. That said, the second Strike Witches series is from a different company, which is not the case with the second Index series.

My opinion, in summary:

Togainu no Chi = probable
Toaru Majutsu no Index 2 = very unlikely
Hyakka Ryouran Samurai Girls = low probability

I am not too picky. I will watch whatever they get. One they have to get would have to be Iron Man. I can't believe they made it into an anime. I have to see it for myself :).

I am not so certain Sora no Otoshimono is a lock for CR anymore. While searching for other info today, I came across that Funimation "has acquired the home entertainment, broadcast, digital and merchandise rights" per an announcement back on May 15, 2010:

http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/press-release/2010-05-15/news-from-anime-central-funimation-acquisitions
(See about 1/4 down the page. They list it under the English title "Heaven's Lost Property").

Sora no Otoshimono was one of the series Kadokawa pulled 30 days after the last episode aired, but unlike Omamori Himari, those episodes did not later return to CR.

Of course, it is always possible that as with Strike Witches 2 (which also lists Kadokawa as publisher), CR will get the series during the simulcast period, but Funimation will announce they have licensed it.
