Just wondering if a 'real' Naruto movie was made (preferably shippuden later years style) would you watch it? Any input on ideas of what you would prefer to watch on the big screen ie storyline etc?

If a live action Naruto movie were to be made, it would most likely start from the beginning. I would watch it in theaters with my friends and after the movie I would look back and laugh at all of the things they inevitably did wrong.

So it can be a huge joke like Dragon Ball Evolution and The Last Airbender? No thanks. I'd rather Hollywood left the last remaining part of my childhood love unscathed.

If it was made in America, then probably not. But if it was made in Japan and released in America as well with subtitles, then yes. ^_^

The mere thought of a live-action Naruto movie is just frightening. It would only be CG anyway, to get all the SFX "right".

Rofl..! Just the visualization of an actor trying to portray Naruto....then the multiple "Believe It" throughout.....would be the first time people wanted laugh&hang themselves at the same time.....I have watched anime for many years and cannot think of any other anime that could be worse than Naruto in a real life movie....

I would watch it, but I think it would probably suck. I'd rather they not make a live action. Somehow it is really hard to picture real people in the roles... especially Naruto.

It would have to be done with state of the art SFX detailed as The Matrix & Star Wars done with the right director & producer, actors

I personaly would like to see what the 2 brothers who did The Matrix teamed up with George Lukas ( for just this movie )
along with the Orignal Naruto creators could do! bet it would be one Wickedly Epic Movie w/pts 1, 2 and 3!

Good point. If it met all of that criteria, it would be rather awesome! The rated R would be a problem for all the younger viewers though... they would probably try for a pg 13. My whole thinking is how do you even go about condensing the storyline into movies? That would be a real challenge. I guess if they got the right people (director, producer, writer, effects studio) it could work.

I always wondered why any 'Blood' seen in a TV show or movie asp. in the USA gets a automatic R rating for?
You MUST have blood etc. for 'R'ealisem and true believable creatures the 9 tailed demons, a example what NOT to do
in this Movie would be softening babying down the Dragons looks in the Movie Eragon. Although that baby dragon
hatchling was so cute I felt that I Just had to have one of my own! lol But not for Naruto that would totaly ruin it all.
