The lot of the posts saying that the boy deserved it are a bunch of idiots. The kid already served jail time and the father (who shouldn't be a father of anyone with his current and past actions) had no right what he did.

Rape should not be used as "payback" no matter what a person's crime. Rape is a violation on the basest of levels, and no one deserves that, not even a rapist. I agree that the 18-year-old stepson should be punished severely for the disgusting crime he committed, but what the father did to the stepson was WAY too much.

Everyone in that family should be killed except the young girl.
The father already has a history for violence, the stepson is a rapist/child molester and the mother is retarded especially to bail out a child molester, she sure had compassion for her daughter. I never understand revenge rape, there are so many more efficient ways to torture someone, don't stoop to their level. Can't have expected much from the retard though although both are retards. The stepson was driven from the jail to an old condemned building, really you are not suspicious. They are all equally guilty and should be executed and the traumatized girl should stay with the remainder of her family.

if anyone is being charged with any sort of wrong-doing towards a child, I believe they should be kept in prison until they are proven innocent. Besides, it was either the way it happened, or OZ style with more than just his step-dad and a wrench in the prison showers.

It was wrong. Vigilantism is illegal. The father should be charged with sexual and physical assault, possibly attempted murder.
If you murder an alleged murderer, you get charged with murder. There is no special exception for retribution, especially when the victim has not been convicted.
