dude seriously? im a criminal justice major and wat the step-son did was lowest of the low. Even in prison child-rapists/killers are treated like shit by other inmates. AND you say it was ONLY rape dude if this happened to your daughter u wouldnt be saying that.

I have to say...I have mixed feelings about this.

I'm not saying what the teen did was right. Far from it. Rape is the worst thing that a human can do. And the fact that he raped his 8 year old sister is beyond sickening.But...the father is not in the right either. I understand him being enraged by the act,but repeating the same act and doing it out of revenge is just as wrong.

Titles a bit off, the father didn't "rape" the 18 year old, but rather sexually assaulted him with "tools".

Was justice serverd? No, the 18 year old deserves life in prison.

No I disagree he deserves the death penilty. Why? because what happens if that person has a chance ot get released? Than go rape some more kids?
I beleive life in prision should equal death why? Because those people are just wasting money being there what is even the point?

Gaara579, i agree with you "life in prison = death penalty". But idiots feel that its more serious to put them to death. Although its actually more economically sounded. I feel better if we the taxpayers don't have to pay for their crime :/.


I feel that the stepfather definitely picked the wrong choice. I would suggest him to hit the kid really really really really hard ONCE. Perhaps with a car. At least in his defense, he could say it was an accident.
